AVACO SA Oradea has been founded in the year 1998, as a legal entity on the basis of private and domestic capital.

The management of the corporation is represented by the Chair of the Board of Directors & CEO Elena KASCHUTA,  the financial director/ CFO – Marcela VAIDA and the Head of Marketing  - Eugen Marian MIHAT

The turnover of the corporaton has been steadily growing each year. The evolution of the turnover expressed in units of RON over the period of 2003-2005 is depicted in the following graph.

In addition to the growth of the turnover, our portfolio of clients has already exceeded  the number of 200 and is also constantly growing, owing to  the fact that various high quality, customised products and services have been supplied to our customers.

In July of 1998 the corporations capital has been increased by 2.890 RON with the purpose of raising internal capital for the aquisition of technology and various transportation and prodution machinery, and the consequent gaining of an competitive edge in the market.

In present, the joint stock value of the company is 89.990 RON, split up in 2.890 shares with a nominal value of 2,5 RON per share, held by 5 shareholders.

S.C. Avaco S.A. has in its property the neccesary means of production for a vast array of metallic products, ranging from metallic grates to sorting plants. At the end of 2002 the registered value of the grounds and resources in the property of the firm was 4.228.823 RON.

Growth of the corporation has been secured by internal financing by way of ploughbacks, the reinvestment of a majour part of the gained profits.

Starting with the year 2003, the firm has implemented standarised international systems of quality management like  SR – EN  ISO 9001 and SR - EN ISO 14001.
